Ignited Artists Inc. was founded with the vision of becoming, “The Greatest Place To Work In The Games Industry.”

Headed by Alessandro Tento and Scott Foe, Ignited Artists is a people-focused Triple-I Development Studio headquartered in San Francisco, California.

Much like the revolutionary movie studios which emerged in Hollywood during the 1920's - movie studios which moved power and money away from accountants and into the hands of creative talent - Ignited Artists’ pursuit is to usher a sea change for the games industry, to offer better conditions, compensation, and celebration to employees than any other development studio that existed before.

 
Alessandro Tento - Chief Executive & Co-Founder With a career that spans over thirty years, Alessandro Tento was formerly a Vice President at Activision during the launches of Call of Duty, Skylanders, and Guitar Hero. As Chief Executive at Ignited Artists, Alessandro works tirelessly to ensure that Ignited Artists serves its mission of being “The Greatest Place To Work In The Games Industry.”

Scott Foe - Co-Founder Called “The Tarantino of Games” by Escapist Magazine and “Great Scott” by EDGE, Scott Foe has been on the forefront of gaming innovation his entire career: The first online console, first online handheld, first massively multiplayer mobile, and what some publications consider to be the first social game. A Hall of Fame-inducted game designer and executive producer, Scott serves Ignited Artists as Game Director.

Ryan Sindledecker - Director, Operations Ryan Sindledecker boasts a nearly two-decade career in games, and specializes in GETTING SHIT DONE. Formerly with SEGA, Crystal Dynamics, Nokia, PlayFirst, Electronic Arts, and KIXEYE, Ryan makes sure that all of Ignited Artists’ project and operations needs are served on time and with execution of the highest quality.

Russell Larson - Senior Gameplay Engineer The classic computer scientist, there is no data structure nor algorithm that Ignited Artists’ resident math wizard does not know how to harness for maximum effect. Formerly of Redacted Studios, Russell Larson’s primary responsibility is in making sure that our games play as smooth as he is.

David Mann - Technical Designer Every team needs a “glue guy,” and, at Ignited Artists, that glue guy is David Mann. David designs, codes, scripts, imports, and works with every single game contributor to ensure that everything comes together in a wonderful, cohesive whole-lot-of-fun.
